Game Night!: This weekend! https://www.facebook.com/events/317792721696252/
The only Resident Evil game I really played or liked. The perspective was not only usable, but extremely fun. The story wasn't too deep, but it made me care enough about the characters and beating the game. The puzzles were fun, but I don't remember them being too challenging ever. The game's challenge, on the other hand, came from all the damn enemies! And I mean this in a good way. The regular enemies didn't ever get boring, although annoying in large groups. The more boss-like enemies were always comfortably tough, killing me a lot at first and then eventually I'd figure them out and it would be really satisfying to kill them. That's a point I'd like to stress about the challenges in this game; it's always satisfying to overcome them. Probably the only thing I didn't like much about this game was the few times that something would just pop up in my face and make me drop the controller or fly off my chair. The scary that the game had was perfect without that. So, this was probably one of my favorite shooter-style games, as well as being one of the few horror/survival games I got into. Very enjoyable.
